miss has had a signifcant influence on customer service in our branch in that she provides excellent service and encourages others to do the same. she performs her duties at an above standard level and she also takes on additional duties when required. miss has participated in many projects and campaigns throughout the year and has cross trained on the foreign exchange and teller supervisor positons.
